Had a friend who bought their promo for cheap so decided to join them by booking another room. Both of rooms were had different designs and both were nice.
Place was very suited for group of friends as all rooms has a living room and dining area where we can all hang out. Made a simple meal in their kitchen as well.
The facilities was very nice but sadly for us one or two of them was not available to use as the management said they were still doing some touch ups.

Me and my family enjoyed my visit there. The place is so beautiful with lots of attractive place and design.
As it's private service apartments u have to bring your access card along. Since I only received 1 card we have to move in groups of 9 ppl in time.
They supposed to give extra access card. I'm renting 2 rooms whereby it's actually sharing apartment.
Luckily no outsiders happened to rent room in our apartment. Coz its off peak time. So for those who wants more privacy I would recommend the studio.
The receptionist very nice, explained in very detailed. My visit during off peak so we got no difficulties at all n not many people around.
The lift a bit complicated so pls listen carefully when the receptionist explain to u. Food stall also just nearby. U can have dinner there.
Price is ok n I love the sabahan chicken BBQ. Water cleanliness should be prioritized. Pls clean regularly since too many people love to go there. We are having fantastic time here!

The access system is quite confusing and the instructions I received was not clear either. We had trouble in finding the parking lot because there was no clear instruction.
And in the parking lot, you have to note that not all doors you can open. Every doors in the building require an access card.
So are the elevators. They have like dozen units of elevators in each tower, but your access card can only be used for 1 specific unit of elevator because each elevator is designated to acces certain suites only.

The elevator system was quite confusing in the beginning. They should have add more Service Lifts from level R to GF as there was only 1 and it was quite packed during check out on a sunday during school holidays.
The facility was really nice and the interior design was beautiful. Good for pictures. Room was comfy and clean. The 2 bedroom was very comfortable for 4 people.
Everything was in good condition. Over all it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this place and plan for another staycation.

Everything is awesome accept the lift facilities. The lift are too small and cannot occupied more than 8 person at one time.
During weekend and peak time need to queue for a long time before can enter the lift to go at certain area in the suites.
For me the facilities itself is good. The security guard didnt guide us for the key collection or at least told us where the lobby is. Right after we pssed the security checkpoint they just told us to drive straight away and go to We followed exactly as the direction given and it lead us to level R and till we came to this one door that need us to push a button.
We pushed the button and open the door. And yes we cant go out cause it needs an access card, its locked. But theres no apology after all. And after that she show us the lobby which exactly near the security checkpoint.
The checkin procedure took some time, and this one lady the free-hair one that help us with the checkin process didnt give us clear information.
We went for a parking which is in the basement 4, which they give us the number of the parking lot. Theres only less than 5 car in the B4. Itsa bit confusing to find the elevator, cause they hev few of them.
And you need to switch from one elevator to another one and another cause they dont hev the direct one straight away to your room then only you can find your room.
It is so complicated for those who brings lot of stuff. Around 4pm, we decided to swim so we went to lobby to pay the deposit and suddenly she the free-hair one told us theres certain time w.

The suite was great. So comfy. But the facilities is overcrowded with poor ventilation. Especially the lazy river and lift. Limited and slow lift can make people become so agitated.
In the weekend this place is super crowded. Location wise, it is located at a very packed area till u feel like not going out at all!
Hard to find using waze. Good place to stay but far from amenities. The road into the hotel is very bad due to construction.
Pros: Comfortable place to stay. Lots of places within the place for photo taking. Cons: Elevators takes forever to arrive. Also have to wait long because of the high volume of guests.
Worse still for my family with 2 small kids in strollers. Most guests are crowding around the elevator door. To go to the lazy river spa, we have to go up to the 35th floor.
Managed to go to the lazy river the next day, only to be told by the security there, that we have to go down to the security office to exchanges for entry passes!
